Eight people, and still room to breathe
The house stands on a hill and measures 153 m². There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet on each floor, so when everyone gathers in one place, somewhere else is still free. Through the hall's large windows you look out over the sea by day, and over the lights of the town below at night.

Six spaces across two floors, each with its own use, so eight people can spend even a rainy day however they like.
Desk Corner
A table you can actually sit and work at. Early risers and children doing homework both get a quiet spot.
Ground-Floor Hall
Wide enough to lay out several mats, whether for yoga, for practice, or for children running around.
Covered Balcony
The roof overhead means you can still grill in light rain, and the tools are all here.
Sauna Dome Room
The sauna dome seats one. There is a massage chair in the living room and another in the hall.
Terrace
The north-facing terrace looks out to sea. Wide enough for all eight, with the breeze coming through.
